Mead Johnson has a heritage of providing infant nutrition to babies with special needs, which is why we are proud to have (offer consumers) the Mead Johnson Helping Hand for Special Kids Program™. Mead Johnson believes it is important for infants and children to receive the formulas they need for good growth and development, regardless of the families' financial status. Our program allows the child's physician to, in partnership with Mead Johnson, extend a helping hand to families who need a specialty formula but cannot afford it. Over the last 15 years, Mead Johnson has assisted over 5,500 families with the Helping Hand program.
The Helping Hand program is coordinated by the child's physician, who works with the local Mead Johnson representatives to determine eligibility.
Depending on a variety of factors, including financial need, parents may receive a one-time shipment of a particular product. Or, they may qualify to receive the product they need at reduced cost for a longer period of time. Mead Johnson may also be able to help parents locate other sources of assistance—like programs administered through individual states and the federal government.
Every year for the past 17 years, Mead Johnson has provided a significant gift through the Helping Hand Program. That's because our commitment to meeting special needs is special, too.

The Enfamil Multiple Birth Program is Mead Johnson's way of extending our congratulations to parents who have given birth to multiple babies. If the family does not qualify for assistance through agencies like Women, Infants and Children* Program, we are happy to help with their formula needs. The babies' pediatrician can refer parents of multiples to receive complimentary cases of infant formula. The type of Enfamil formula that they receive depends upon the doctor's recommendation, while the amount depends on the number of babies.
