How do reviews work?
After a review is submitted, our customer care experts read each review along with the help of our partner, PowerReviews. We log any concerns for follow up and we post appropriate, unedited reviews in 3-5 days. While we do not edit comments, we may remove personally identifiable information (such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). We reserve the right to not post your review if it does not meet the above guidelines or our Terms of Use. Your review may also be posted on Enfamil.com product or promotional pages, Enfamil Family Beginnings email, or other third party sites such as Buzzillions.com, a network site managed by PowerReviews. Buzzillions.com shares reviews from companies for shopper comparison purposes. Enfamil and our partner PowerReviews will not use or share your personal information. What does "verified" mean?
Verified status helps create trust among fellow customers and identifies reviews written by the same person. Although we do encourage this, it is optional.
A reviewer that has provided their email to verify that they are a site visitor.
A reviewer that is employed by Mead Johnson Nutrition, the maker of Enfamil.
