Enfamil advocates that the health and safety of infants is the top priority, and as such we do not recommend making your own formula. Making home made formula can come with the following risks:

• Energy, protein, carbohydrate and fat, as well as micronutrient imbalance is likely to occur, which may affect healthy growth.
• Iron deficiency anemia can happen due to the fact that both the concentration and bioavailability of iron are low.
• Parents can make mistakes while preparing the formula using the quantities of ingredients suggested, resulting in formula that is either too dilute or too concentrate.
• Cleaning conditions while preparing the formula, proper handling and storage can potentially cause contamination of the formula and adverse effects.

We do not recommend diluting your formula or adding water to ready-to-use-formula. Your baby’s health depends on you safely mixing, feeding, and storing their formula. Adding water or diluting the formula can hurt your baby by not providing them with enough nutrition and/or lead to water intoxication and increase your baby’s risk for seizures and other conditions.

Enfamil is taking steps to safely increase production and provide retailers with more baby formula. Ensuring the quality and safety of our baby formulas is a top priority and we are doing everything we can to help provide more formula nationwide efficiently and safely.

• Contact your pediatrician and/or local hospital to see if they have resources, samples, or formula alternatives that they can provide.
• Leverage retailers’ websites to search multiple locations within your area. Be sure to update the search filters based on your shopping preferences; (e.g., in-store, store pick-up, delivery, etc.).
• Reach out to friends or family members who may be able to assist in your search for products

No, once a gift card is purchased it is non-refundable. However, gift cards do not expire so you may use your remaining balance at any time and you may use it with other forms of payment to make a purchase.

Enfamil’s team of experts can:

1. Assist consumers with accessing the Store Locator to identify retail availability of Enfamil products.
2. Answer questions about Enfamil products and provide the names of similar products available in the US market.
3. Provide guidance on mixing, storage, preparation, and general product use.
4. Address quality or medical concerns.

Enfamil’s team of experts is not able to:

1. Provide formula for purchase or as a courtesy.
