Why was my membership refunded?

Ensuring that you have a positive experience with Enfamil and our programs is important to us. Due to the supply constraints resulting from the voluntary recall of another infant formula manufacturer’s products, we have not been able to provide the level of service to our Premium Enfamil Family Beginnings members that we desire and you deserve. Therefore, we have chosen to refund all members of our Premium program.

Will you offer Premium EFB in the future?

At this time, we have not determined if or when the Premium Enfamil Family Beginnings program will be available.

Will I still receive my Wonder Box?

Accepted Answer

Premium Enfamil Family Beginnings members who have not received a Wonder Box will still receive this benefit, which typically arrives closer to baby’s due date for prenatal consumers.

When can I expect my refund?

Premium Enfamil Family Beginnings program membership fees will be refunded no later than June 21, 2022. Please watch for your refund to post to your account within two weeks of this date.

How will I receive my refund?

Premium Enfamil Family Beginnings program membership fees will be refunded to the original card or account used to purchase the membership.

What if I don’t have the card I used to purchase my membership?

Premium Enfamil Family Beginnings members whose credit card used to purchase membership has expired will be contacted by an Enfamil representative to obtain alternative card information for the refund.

Will my Premium EFB benefits be canceled?

Accepted Answer

As a courtesy, Premium Enfamil Family Beginnings program members will continue to receive 12 Rewards Points per $1 on eligible purchases and monthly rebate offers for the duration of your
  Monthly 15% off Enfamil Shop discounts will be discontinued.
  Products previously sent to members are yours to keep, including Welcome Kits and Wonder Boxes.
  All discount checks, rebates, or other promotional offers that have not expired will be honored through their expiration dates.

Will you also be canceling the FREE Enfamil Family Beginnings program?

Accepted Answer

We are not discontinuing our free Enfamil Family Beginnings program, and you can expect to continue to receive all the benefits associated with it.
