Feeding Issues are Common – and Manageable

Many feeding issues are simply a sign that your baby's digestive system is developing. That's why fussiness, gas and crying are common at feeding time. Sometimes a change in formula can make all the difference. Enfamil PREMIUM Gentlease is an easy-to-digest formula designed to ease fussiness, gas and crying in 24 hours – while still providing the brain-nourishing nutrition your baby needs to reach her milestones.

Tips to Reduce Fussiness, Gas and Crying:
  • Keep your baby in an upright position when feeding – and for a short time afterwards
  • Burp your baby after every 2-3 fluid ounces
  • Feed your baby smaller amounts of formula
  • If your baby is hungry and crying, calm her before feeding to prevent her from gulping air.
Ask your baby's doctor if Enfamil PREMIUM Gentlease is the right choice.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION & USE

Your baby’s health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, use and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Use as directed by your baby’s doctor. Ask your baby’s doctor about the need to boil clean utensils, feeding bottles and nipples in water before use. Inspect bottle for signs of damage.

  • Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing feeding bottles.
  • SHAKE BOTTLE WELL, remove protective seal around cap, remove cap and foil seal. Replace cap.
  • Pour into feeding bottle(s).

WARNING: Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may result.

Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm. Opened bottle and prepared formula can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or cover and store in refrigerator at 35-40°F (2-4°C) for no longer than 48 hours. Do not use opened bottle and/or prepared formula if they are unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula. After feeding begins, use prepared formula within one hour or discard.

Storage: Store unopened bottle at room temperature.

Avoid excessive heat. Do not freeze.

USE BY DATE ON SIDE OF BOTTLE.

DO NOT USE IF PROTECTIVE SEAL AROUND CAP, OR IF FOIL SEAL UNDER CAP, IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.
