Benefits of Postpartum Exercise

I think in the patients I've seen their weight is down faster, they lose their...they get into their shape quicker, they...they're back alignment is maintained better with exercise. Exercise prevents complications such as urinary stress incontinence and a lot of low back pain that comes after pregnancy and I think the biggest thing is that exercise increases endorphins in the brain and has been shown to definitely decrease postpartum depression, so people sleep better, they have more energy, and they really have less aches and pains.
