      For Enfamil, the health and safety of our families and loved ones is our biggest priority. As novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to reassure our Enfamil Family that we are actively monitoring the situation and rapidly escalating efforts to ensure the complete safety and availability of all our formulas.

      We know families count on us and our formulas. Enfamil is fully committed to ensuring all babies and toddlers get the Enfamil they need in these challenging times. Strong contingency plans are in place to mitigate the disruption caused by COVID-19. We have an extensive manufacturing and distribution network and have been working closely with our employees, suppliers, and distributors to immediately ramp up production of our formulas. The Enfamil products you trust and depend on will continue to be available nationwide. Formulas can be purchased directly from Amazon, Walmart or Target, should your local retailer not have adequate stock of our product options. We also suggest using the Enfamil Store Locator to find stores in your area selling our products and calling your local store to check on their Enfamil inventory.

      Of course, safety is at the heart of everything that we do. While our products are always made following strict quality control measures and under the most sterile and sanitary conditions possible, we have implemented additional precautionary measures. Our promise is that every product we make will continue to meet the highest efficacy, quality and safety standards you expect from us to ensure the health and well-being of your family.

      More than ever, we are committed to doing our best to deliver our family of formulas to you and your little ones. We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates to our Enfamil community as the public response to COVID-19 and our situation evolves.

      Please also note, that contrary to rumors in some online social networks, we are not distributing free cases of formula. We are instead focused on ensuring equitable availability for every baby based on what we know and in anticipation of what might develop in the coming weeks.

      What are you doing to address out of stock items in a timely manner so that I can get the formula I need for my baby? Where can I purchase a specific formula brand, size or form for my baby?

      At Enfamil, we are dedicated to giving the millions of babies and toddlers that rely on our formulas the best start in life. In light of COVID-19, we have added precautionary measures at every step of our formula-making process, protecting our employees, operations and formula supply. Additionally, we have activated contingency plans with our extensive manufacturing and distribution network to ensure adequate stock of our Enfamil products to retailers across the United States and in our Enfamil Online Store.

      We are aware of baby formula shortages in some retailers and will do everything possible to ensure you don’t run out of formula. During this time, formulas can be purchased directly from Amazon, Walmart or Target should your local retailer not have adequate stock of our product options. We also suggest using the Enfamil Store Locator to find stores in your area selling our products and calling your local store to check on their Enfamil inventory.

      I can’t find my WIC approved formula at retail. Where can I find product?

      We’re sorry to hear that you cannot find your formula at your local retail store. Our priority is to ensure our WIC families have access to the formulas their babies need. We’re working around the clock to produce and ship our products to stores with inventory arriving daily.

      If you typically get your infant formula at a WIC participating retail store, you can check which retailers carry our products on our Store Locator feature on Enfamil.com.       Can I use my WIC voucher or EBT card online to purchase product?

      Currently, state WIC programs are not structured to use WIC vouchers online. Many retailers accept WIC vouchers and may have the formula available. You can find out which retailers carry our products on our Store Locator feature on Enfamil.com. Please call the store directly to confirm product availability as new product is arriving daily.       What are you doing to get WIC approved formula product back on shelves?

      Product Safety

      Are there known safety issues related to Enfamil products due to COVID-19?

      The health and safety of your little ones is our utmost priority. Enfamil is the #1 infant formula brand recommended by pediatricians and is used by millions of infants around the world. Our products are always made under the most sanitary conditions possible, and we perform many quality control checks throughout production.

      During this time, we have added precautionary measures to every step of our formula-making process. These measures include limiting business travel, restricting visitors to our facilities and advising our employees to follow the CDC’s recommendation for hand washing and personal hygiene. Additionally, incoming ingredients and packaging supplies are carefully inspected before use in production to assure that they meet our established quality control standards. Offering all employees, suppliers, and distributors the information and resources they need to best protect themselves, we reassure you that every product we make will meet the highest efficacy, quality and safety standards. We will continue to implement advanced risk management strategies as the situation evolves in order to best protect and serve our community.

      Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?

      Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

      Product Price

      I’ve noticed pricing for Enfamil products has increased on various consumer sites. Are Enfamil products affected by price gouging due to COVID-19?

      Our purpose is to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We have a responsibility as a consumer healthcare company to ensure access to safe and affordable products during outbreaks such as COVID-19. Enfamil’s recommended retail pricing of our brands have not changed and will not change as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. At the same time, pricing remains the sole discretion of the retailer. The irregularly high prices that some consumers are seeing on some online marketplaces are not determined by Enfamil nor can they be controlled by us but are set independently by 3rd party resellers selling Enfamil on these platforms.

      What discounts can you provide for me during this pandemic?

      Can I make home-made formula or dilute the formula I currently have to make it last longer?

      Enfamil recognizes family concerns regarding potential formula shortages, and we are committed to doing our best to continue providing all the formula your little one needs. As always, we recommend preparing Enfamil formulas exactly as instructed on the packaging. We do not recommend home-made formulas.       Enfamil Shop

      Will my Enfamil Shop subscription be changed due to purchase/order limits?

      More than ever, we are committed to doing our best to deliver our family of formulas to you and your little ones. Our Enfamil Shop reserves a certain percentage of inventory to fulfill subscription obligations and we will continue to do everything we can to meet those commitments. However, if a product that is part of your subscription service is not immediately available, we’ll keep you updated on the status of the product through email. You’ll be billed and receive notification, with a confirmation number, as soon as your order has shipped.

      Can I create a new Subscription now that there are quantity and frequency limits?

      In light of COVID-19, we have added precautionary measures at every step of our formula-making process, protecting our employees, operations and formula supply. As such, Subscription Service enrollment will not be available. We ask that our Enfamil community joins us in our commitment to ensuring equitable availability of our formulas for every baby.

      When can I expect my order to arrive, and why can’t it be shipped overnight/expedited?

      We have decided to suspend overnight/expedited shipping for the immediate future in order to best allocate internal resources and ensure our ability to process as many orders as possible. Typically, all orders in the United States can be expected to arrive within 4-6 business days but due to increased demand we are experiencing shipping delays. Our team is working hard to process the recent influx of orders as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your patience as we navigate through this situation.

      I received a notification that my shipment has been delivered but hasn’t arrived. Where is my order?

      All of our deliveries are handled and tracked by UPS®. If you have a confirmation that your package has arrived, but you haven’t received it, please use the UPS Tracking Site or visit the UPS Help Center.

      Given these unprecedented times, we want to make sure formula is available to all parents. Formulas showing the WIC symbol in store are the only ones that can be purchased with government-sponsored WIC benefits. If you do have a choice, please consider purchasing a different size or form of your formula. This could be as simple as selecting a different size or format.
