Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can. Log in to your account online and choose from a range of options when you view My Subscriptions. Here, you have the option to cancel or change your subscription up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. If you need to cancel your subscription before the second shipment, contact us at 1-800-BABY123.

What if I want to try a different product?

You can update your subscription online up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. Log in to your account, and navigate to the My Subscriptions section to add a new product.

How often can I schedule my orders?

You have plenty of flexibility. You can schedule your reoccurring order to arrive every other week, monthly, or bi-monthly. It's really up to you and your baby's feeding needs.

Can I skip a shipment if I don't need it?

Absolutely. Your subscription schedule is flexible and can be updated up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. You have the option to skip in the Delivery Schedule section of your online account. If you need more formula before your next scheduled shipment, you can arrange that too.

Will my subscription end automatically, or do I have to cancel it?

Subscriptions do not have an automatic end date. We want you to be in complete control of your subscription because you know your baby's feeding needs better than anyone. When it's time to end the subscription, log in to your account and cancel within 24 hours of your next scheduled shipment.

What if I didn't receive my subscription?

Check your account online to make sure we've got the right shipping address. If you have immediate questions or concerns about your subscription, contact 1-800-BABY123.

Why is my product not available for subscription?

Shortly after we launch subscriptions, we have plans to expand the offer accross all of our products. Stay tuned! 

How will I be charged for my subscription?

The price of your first subscription order will be confirmed when you enroll, and you’ll be charged once your subscription ships.

The amount of each subscription may vary. After your first order, we'll confirm the price of your subscription items plus any sales tax via email about 10 days before it's scheduled to ship. You’ll be charged for your subscription once the items ship.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal®, and Apple Pay. A valid form of payment will be required at the time of the order and a $0.01 charge will be applied to your account. Your chosen form of payment will be used on subsequent subscription orders. You may update your payment information online up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

What kind of communications will I receive?

We'll keep you updated on the status of your subscription through email. You'll receive notification and a confirmation number as soon your order has shipped.

Can I combine other discounts with my 10% subscription discount?

No. The subscription program is excluded from all other promotions, sales, and discounts.

Do I earn Enfamil® Shop Rewards points when I purchase a subscription?

Yes! Every order you place through the Enfamil Shop earns rewards points, so you'll get points when you set up your subscription and get your first order. Future points will be awarded every time your recurring order is initiated and processed.

Why can’t I set up a subscription for any product I want?

Since subscriptions are new to the Enfamil Shop, we are testing the offer with our most popular products. However, we would love to hear from you if there is a specific product you’d like us to add.

Why do discounts on other products disappear when I checkout with a subscription in my cart?

Subscriptions are processed in such a way that limits our ability to offer multiple discounts when you check out.

To receive all valid discounts, we recommend you checkout with your subscription and then return to order other products.
