Why am I not able to purchase products on subscription?
Unfortunately, at this time, the Enfamil Shop is not able to enroll any new subscribers into our program. We will keep you updated on when our subscription program will relaunch.
Can I still make purchases through the Enfamil Family Beginnings app or the Enfamil Wholesale program website?
Ordering has been suspended through our wholesale channel. Product availability on the App will mirror the select products available at Enfamil.com. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Order Cancellations
Once orders are placed they may not be able to be cancelled before shipping since we are working to meet our delivery times. If you do need to update/change/cancel an order, you may give us a call at 1-800-222-9123 during our business hours, and we will do our best to assist you with this process.

Enfamil Shop gift cards do not expire, so you can redeem now for any product available on Enfamil.com or hold onto your card(s) until your preferred product is available. If you have any questions regarding gift cards, please email us here.
