Benito Bean Dip

A favorite at parties!

 

Ingredients  
green onions (optional) 3
pinto beans, rinsed and drained 1 jar (48 oz)
salsa 1 cup
Zippy Zonya Mexi Mix 1/2 tsp
fresh cilantro leaves (optional) 1/4 cup
baked tortilla chips 1 lg bag

Directions


5 minutes before serving:

  • Chop green onions in food processor.
  • Add pinto beans, salsa, Mexi Mix and cilantro leaves to processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled with baked tortilla chips or bagel chips.
